ASSESSOR'S OFFICE MAILING ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST CONFIRMATION
Thank you for submitting your address change online. This request will update your mailing address for the records of both the Washoe County Assessor and the Washoe County Treasurer. You do not need to submit separate address change requests for each office. Please allow 5 business days for your mailing address change to appear on our website.
Annual Assessment Notices are mailed by the Washoe County Assessor in December of each year.
Annual Real Property and Mobile Home Tax bills are mailed by the Washoe County Treasurer in July each year.
