All parcel data is for use by the Washoe County Assessor for assessment purposes only. The summary data may not be a complete representation of the parcel or of the improvements thereon. Building information including unit counts and number of permitted units, should be verified with the appropriate building and planning agencies. Zoning information should be verified with the appropriate planning agency. All parcels are reappraised each year. Additional Resources
The "Property acquired via Foreclosure/in lieu of Foreclosure" and "Foreclosure Map" represent properties where the most recent deed indicates that the parcel has reverted back to the lender or been sold by the lender due to default.
