How do I get my personal information removed from public records?
Certain individuals and entities, as defined in NRS 247.540, may obtain a court order to keep their personal information confidential as outlined in NRS 247.520. To process this request, the Recorder’s Office must receive a certified copy of the court order that lists all document numbers from which you want your personal information redacted.
