Lemmon Valley Horseman's Arena

An eight-acre neighborhood park which features one full-size and one smaller horse arena, an announcer's stand with attached restrooms & concession stand, a children's playground area, basketball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and a covered group picnic area (non-reservable).
Picnic groups of 25 people or more are required to obtain a group-use permit and use a designated reservable area elsewhere. Please contact Park Reservations at: reserveparks@washoecounty.gov or 775-823-6501 for more information.

For horse arena rentals, please contact Parks Reservations at (775) 823-6501. The main arena is approximately 380' x 170', the warm up arena is approximately 120' x 80' and the circular arena is approximately 70' diameter. Reserving party is responsible for dust control during their event and depending upon conditions, may be required to either provide their own water truck or reimburse the County for County truck and driver costs.
*October through April the water is shut off and the restrooms are closed.
