Maintaining Safe, Functional, and Welcoming Spaces Across HSA

The Washoe County Human Services Agency (HSA) Property Management team oversees 41 properties that support staff, residents, clients, and families from Gerlach to Incline Village. Their work ensures that HSA facilities are safe, well-maintained, and functional, allowing programs and services to operate effectively across the county.

How We Support HSA Programs

Facility Oversight and Maintenance: The team manages the care, operation, functionality, security, and upkeep of all HSA properties used for service delivery and residential support, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all who enter.

Residential and Community Support: Each year, Property Management ensures that more than 1,000 people live or work in safe and well-maintained spaces, while thousands more enjoy a secure and pleasant experience when accessing HSA services.

Code Compliance and Standards: The team partners with the county’s Community Service Division to ensure properties meet code requirements and are maintained to county standards, keeping buildings safe and operational for staff, clients, and the public.

Empowering Programs Through Space: By maintaining reliable and functional facilities, Property Management enables HSA staff to focus on delivering programs efficiently and effectively, providing a stable environment for clients and residents.
