How We Support HSA Programs
Technology Support and Troubleshooting: Tech Services assists staff with laptops, cell phones, software, applications, data access, system programming, and general troubleshooting, ensuring that all technology needs are met quickly and effectively.
Remote Workforce Enablement: During the pandemic, the team successfully transitioned over 370 agency staff to a fully functioning remote and mobile workforce in just 15 days. This effort ensured continuity of services for clients without interruption.
System Management and Security: The team maintains and optimizes technology systems, providing secure and reliable tools that support agency operations and protect sensitive client and agency data.
