Regional Road Impact Fees (RRIF)
Washoe County collects Regional Road Impact Fees (RRIF) on behalf of the Regional Transportation Commission. Regional Road Impact Fees are submitted to the Washoe County Building Department upon issuance of a building permit. Fees are calculated based on the impact fee schedule.

- Regional Transportation Commission offers a credit system to support payments for regional road impact fees utilizing current credit holders. The credit system is coordinated through RTC. Additional information is available through the Regional Road Impact Fee Administration Team.
