Description: This covered group picnic pavilion is located in the lower area of the park below the youth baseball and Regulation baseball fields. Enter through the main entrance, in front of the Library and follow the road past the youth baseball fields and batting cages. 

Note: May through October the athletic fields are permitted for league play.  The park gets very busy and finding a parking spot may be difficult.

Amenities:
* 9 picnic tables
* 2 charcoal grills (a propane grill can be brought in – no additional charcoal grills permitted.  Grill must remain on the concrete)
* Volleyball net (bring your own ball)
* Horseshoe pit (bring your own horseshoes)
* Electricity available (Note: No music or amplified sound permitted in the park. Crock pots and other heavy energy users are not advised.)
* Playground
* Restrooms - Porttable restroom located near the playground. Other restrooms located near Mt. Rose Pavilion.
* Water (no water based activities such as slip'n slides, dunk tanks, water balloon fights etc. are permitted in the park)

Additional Information:
* The Cancellation Policy is in effect when the reservation is made.  Please read the Terms and Conditions before making a reservation
* Reservations can be made one year in advance from the current date
* Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance
* Music or any amplified sound is not permitted in the Pavilion
* 1 portable amusement (bounce house) structure permitted
* Alcohol is not permitted at any reservable facility unless permitted through a Facility Use Permit
* Animals are not permitted in the pavilion
* Balloons permitted but must be anchored down and not popped, or released in the park
* No tape, tacks, or nails can be used for decorations
* No piñatas, glitter, or confetti permitted
* No water games, dunk tanks or other water based activities allowed
* Vendor trucks are not permitted in the park without prior authorization.  If you would like your event catered by a vendor truck, please contact Park Reservations for rules and regulations
* Pavilions are reserved to one party per day
* Reserving party is responsible for bringing their own trash bags.  Trash is to be taken to the dumpster
* Your group is responsible for knowing and adhering to all Washoe County Park rules

Reservable Hours:
From 10am to 7pm (Spring & Fall) and 10am to 9pm (Summer)
*Reservations are only available from May - October* 

Facility Use Fee Information:
**Effective February 1, 2023**
$150.00/day for groups up to 100 PLUS $1.50/person over 100
$200.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit
