Description: The Flying B is located adjacent to a large lawn area, close to the Robert Z. Hawkins Amphitheater and the park's 5-acre pasture. Parking is available in the south parking lot.  Note: This group picnic pavilion may not be reserved later than 5 p.m. unless approved by the District Manager.

Capacity: 150

Amenities:
* 18 picnic tables
* 3 charcoal grills (a propane grill can be brought in – no additional charcoal grills permitted.  Grill must remain on the concrete)
* 3 prep tables
* Electricity available (Note:  No music or amplified sound permitted in the park)
* Restrooms
* Water (no water based activities such as water balloons, dunk tanks, water balloon fights etc. are permitted in the park)
* No volleyball, horseshoe pit or playground available

Additional Information:
* The Cancellation Policy is in effect when the reservation is made.  Please read the Terms and Conditions before making a reservation
* Reservations can be made one year in advance from the current date
* Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance 
* Music, or any amplified sound, is not permitted in the Pavilion
* 1 portable amusement (bounce house) structure permitted – generator required, no stakes allowed
* Alcohol is not permitted at any reservable facility unless permitted through a Facility Use Permit
* Animals are not permitted in the pavilion
* Balloons permitted, but must be anchored down and not popped, or released in the park
* No tape, tacks, or nails can be used for decorations
* No piñatas, glitter, or confetti permitted
* No water games, dunk tanks, or other water based activities allowed
* Vendor trucks are not permitted in the park without prior authorization.  If you would like your event catered by a vendor truck please contact Park Reservations for rules and regulations
* Pavilions are reserved to one party per day
* Reserving party is responsible for bringing their own trash bags.  Trash is to be taken to the dumpster
* Your group is responsible for knowing and adhering to all Washoe County Park rules

Reservable Hours:
From 10am to 7pm (Spring & Fall) and 10am to 9pm (Summer)
*Reservations are only available from May - October*

$180.00/day for groups up to 100
$180.00/day PLUS $1.50/person over 100
$200.00 refundable cleaning/security deposit
$300.00/day refundable cleaning/security deposit for groups 500+
