STR Permit Renewal
Due to the high volume of renewal requests, Washoe County is granting a 30-day grace period for the issuance of short term rental permit renewals.
STR Renewal Application
Current STR perrmit holders will receive an automated email instructing them to renew their annual STR permit through OneNV.us. The STR Annual Renewal Application is required for that renewal process. Please download, fill out, sign, and notorize this appliction before uploading to OneNV.us.
