STR Permit Renewal

Due to the high volume of renewal requests, Washoe County is granting a 30-day grace period for the issuance of short term rental permit renewals.

Current STR permit holders will receive an email instructing them to renew their annual STR permit through OneNV.us.  The STR Annual Renewal Application is required for that renewal process.  Please download, fill out, and sign this application before uploading to OneNV.us.
