Reason for seeking position:

Through my reliability, experience, ability to work across party lines even from a minority position, and keeping my oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, I will retain balance and stability in state government by supporting and sustaining the Governor's Veto. By reforming Nevada law, my top priority is public safety and all first responders to secure our state, and schools, and protect our borders. I will continue my 20-year commitment to controlling state government inflation while maintaining services. As Nevada's strongest low-tax advocate in history, I will stop higher taxes. I will stop non-resident voting, and boys competing in girls' sports. As a teacher for over 25 years and serving a term on a Nevada school board, I will continue my advocacy for student literacy (my Right to Read law) in reading, writing, and math as well as parental freedom of choice (my Nevada Homeschool law) and parental consent.
