Reason for seeking position:

The Air Force Core Values are: Integrity, Excellence and Service Before Self. Hold us accountable! I am financially secure but it is my way of giving back. I care deeply about our At-Risk kids and improving the Quality of Education. That includes addressing violence in schools, enforcing discipline, drug abuse etc. As a very mixed heritage, i speak Spanish so addressing the needs of our 42% Latino population is a must. Unlike others, I seek no higher office. Anyone that follows WCSD issues can't help but believe we are dysfunctional as we watch test score dive while violence and absenteeism skyrocket. Trustees need to be held accountable for that. Look at the special interests that donate thousands to other candidates and wonder where their loyalty lies!
