Washoe County's Employee Assistance Program offered through GuidanceResources® provides employees and their families confidential support, resources, and information for personal and work-life issues. The services are provided at no cost.
The services include:

- Financial Resources
- Online Support
Washoe County employees and their family members are eligible to receive 6 counseling sessions per issue per year; unlimited legal/financial consultations and unlimited referrals for work-life needs.
