- Post-conviction notifications: At the conclusion of a felony case, victims may opt in to receive notifications from the prison, parole board, and the Washoe County District Attorney’s Appellate Division. If your phone number or address changes, you must update your information with each agency to continue receiving notifications. Forms are provided below.

As a victim of a crime, you have the right to participate in court hearings. After an arrest is made, suspects may have a bail hearing, which take place via zoom. If you’d like to participate during this hearing, please reach out to our Victim Witness Assistance Center to be provided with Zoom hearing information: 775-328-3210.
On weekends and holidays, Reno Justice Court bail hearings may be viewed on YouTube by searching for Reno Justice Court.
District Court hearings can be viewed on the Washoe Courts website .
Restitution
If you believe you are entitled to restitution, complete the restitution request form (PDF) and return it to victiminfo@da.washoecounty.gov prior to sentencing.
