Citations
If you have received a Civil Infraction and wish to contest the citation or request relief from the court, this Request for Review must be filed with the court within 90 days of the date of your citation.
Law Enforcement Officers may submit a Written Declaration in lieu of personal appearance at the contested hearing. This Written Declaration may be considered by the Court in determining whether the Defendant committed the civil infraction.
