NRS 244.225 Publication of Financial Statements
Pursuant to NRS 244.225 and Washoe County’s effort to provide information to its citizenry, the Washoe County Comptroller Department prepares, on a quarterly basis, (unaudited) interim statements of receipts and expenditures for the current fiscal year in addition to management analysis of the results. Even as these statements are unaudited, they are considered public information unless otherwise noted. Review Interim Financial Reports presented to the BCC at the Interim Financial Reports page.
For further instructions on how to obtain these reports, please call (775) 328-2552 or contact the Comptroller Department located at 1001 E. Ninth Street, Room D-200, Reno NV 89512. You can make an appointment to view documents related to these transactions in order to peruse the receipt, bill, invoice, voucher or similar document that supports a transaction by calling (775) 328-2552. Per the provisions of NRS Chapter 239, you may also request copies of non-payroll related disbursement documents. Respective charges may apply.
