The Washoe County Board of Equalization has asked that you be provided with the following information which is offered as a guideline to help make the hearing and appeal process go smoothly.

To eliminate confusion and duplication of efforts, please send your evidence in one of the suggested ways. You can call to confirm our receipt of your evidence by calling the County Clerk's Office at 775-784-7279.

 

NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE YOUR EVIDENCE PRIOR TO YOUR HEARING DATE? BRING EIGHT (8) COPIES OF YOUR DOCUMENTATION WITH YOU TO THE HEARING

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Any documentation submitted to the Board is a public record and must be retained by the Washoe County Clerk. Therefore, it is suggested that you have copies of the materials made in advance of the hearing.
