Payments
Payments by case type
Civil Traffic Infractions
If you have received a Civil Infraction, online payments will only be accepted for the full amount specified. Please allow up to two (2) weeks from the violation date for the Court to receive the infraction. If you are paying for an infraction in full and have not previously entered a plea, a disposition of liable will be recorded and the case will be closed. Please click on the "Citations" link below.
Other Civil Matters
The Court can accept online payments for filing and fees related to Evictions, Small Claims cases, and Formal Civil Court matters. Please click on the “Civil Payments” link below.
Criminal Matters – Cash Bail, Fines, Fees
The Court can accept online payments for the posting of bail (under “Post Cash Bail”) and the payment of fines and fees imposed at sentencing (under “Criminal Payments”).
Please note that as of January 1, 2023, Courts in the State of Nevada will send notice of appearance for civil infractions ONLY. For all misdemeanor citations, your Court date is stated on the citation. Please allow two (2) weeks from the time you receive your citation to post your payment online. If your ticket is past its Court date and you fail to appear or pay, you are responsible for any additional fees.
If you are paying for a criminal citation in full and have not previously entered a plea, a disposition of guilty will be recorded and the case will be closed.
Special considerations
Cases involving warrants
If you are making payments for civil citations or criminal cases and a warrant for your arrest has been issued for a failure to appear, failure to pay fine, failure to complete sentencing requirements, or for any other reason, your payment will be rejected during the Court’s normal operating hours. You must contact the Court staff to resolve any outstanding warrants.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PAYING ONLINE FOR CASES THAT HAVE ALREADY GONE TO WARRANT WILL NOT PREVENT YOU FROM BEING ARRESTED.
Payment for other jurisdictions
If you make a payment online to the Incline Justice for a matter filed in another court's jurisdiction, you are responsible for any pending actions arising from the court of jurisdiction for failure to pay timely. It is not the responsibility of Incline Justice Court to process payments for other agencies. Your payment will be rejected with no notice to you. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR CITATION CAREFULLY TO ENSURE YOU ARE PAYING THE CORRECT COURT.
Forms of Payment

Any returned checks will result in additional fees and a warrant may be issued for your arrest.

Payments made online through the court will have a convenience fee applied to all Criminal and Civil Infraction transactions. The convenience fee is retained by the processing company. If you are unable to complete an online transaction, please contact the Court for further information.
