Right of Entry (ROE) 

Information required for a ROE request:

• Date range for proposed work (estimated start and end dates)
• A detailed description of the scope of work
• A map or exhibit depicting the area in which the work will be done
• Name, title and address for who will be signing as the Licensee on the Right of Entry
