Coordinated Entry Review Board (CERB)
The Coordinated Entry Review Board (CERB) is made up of members of the Northern Nevada CoC Leadership Council and is responsible for hearing appeals from community partners wishing to address an issue anyone has experienced with the Coordinated Entry System.
This could range from addressing a person's assessment score, placement into a program, or some other aspect of the referral process. Please see the form below for further details.
