Supporting Individuals and Families to Shelter and Housing Stability

The Washoe County Human Services Agency (HSA) Housing and Homeless Services Division works to ensure that every individual and family has access to safe, stable, and supportive housing. Our programs and partnerships focus on prevention, intervention, and long-term solutions to homelessness, helping people find and maintain housing while connecting them to essential wraparound services.

Whether you’re seeking emergency shelter, housing assistance, or guidance navigating community resources, our team is here to help. HSA staff are dedicated to providing compassionate support, accurate information, and direct connections to services that meet individual needs and circumstances.
