AUCTIONS

When appointed by the Court, the Washoe County Public Administrator determines which of the estate's assets are to be sold or liquidated in order to cover expenses and debts of the estate.  Real Property is handled by a licensed Realtor and included in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).  Personal property is evaluated and appraised as warranted.  Once personal property of an estate is ready, the items are consigned to public auction.
