Make a Payment - Code Enforcement

Below are a few ways you may make a payment to Washoe County Code Enforcement.  Please know that making a payment does not relieve you of any violations that remain on your property.  You must continue to work with your code enforcement officer to bring your property into compliance or more penalties and fees may be issued.

BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT, REVIEW YOUR DUE DATE

Before writing a check or making a payment online, please review the amount you owe and the penalty due date listed on your penalty notice.  Per Washoe County Code, there is a 50% Early Pay Discount applied to your penally amount if you pay BEFORE the due date listed on your penalty notice.  For example, if your penalty notice says $100 due by 10/01/2021, you may pay $50 if paid BEFORE 10/01/2021.  If your payment is made AFTER the due date, your penalty will remain the full amount as listed on your penalty notice.
