Picnic Pavilions Facility Use Fees

Large Picnic Pavilion Fees:
$200/day + $1.50 for every person over 100
$225 cleaning/security deposit, or $350 when 500+ attendees (Refundable)

Weekday Overnight Lodge Use: $875 per night
- Applies to Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday nights
- Includes the Grand Room, kitchen, top floor bunk rooms (6) and exterior grounds.
- +$65 per additional room, per night
- Max 94 people
- Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am. Additional hours can be added at hourly rates below.
Weekend Overnight Lodge Use: $1,650 per night
- Applies to Friday nights, Saturday nights
- Includes the Grand Room, kitchen, one bunk room (1) and exterior grounds.
- +$65 per additional room, per night
- Max 94 people
- Check in at 4pm, check out at 11am. Additional hours can be added at hourly rental rates.

Single Day Use/Hourly Rentals:
- Weekday (Monday thru Friday): $145/hour, two hour minimum
- Weekend (Saturday, Sunday): $185 hour, two hour minimum
- Optional Kitchen: +$135/event
- Includes the Grand Room, bathrooms and exterior grounds.

Wilbur D. May Museum Use Fee

$600 cleaning/security deposit (Refundable)

Garden Court: $225/hour, two hour minimum
Double Diamond Room or David's Discover Room: $95/hour, two hour minimum
- Must be rented in conjunction with the Garden Court on weekends.
- Can be rented without the Garden Court Monday thru Friday between 8am-5pm only.
Optional kitchen: +$135/event (must already be reserving the facility)
An additional +$35/hour charged to events after 4pm.

Wilbur D. May Arboretum Garden Use Fee

$350 cleaning/security deposit (Refundable)

Honey's Garden: $350/hour
Burke's Garden, Plaza Garden: $250/hour
Kirsten's Garden, Evans Creek Bridge: $75/hour
All garden rentals require a 3 hour minimum

Robert Z. Hawkins Amphitheater Use Fee

$300/hour, 6 hour minimum
+$150/hour for the non-performance facility use fee applicable after a 6 hour minimum reservation
$600 cleaning/security deposit (Refundable)

Located within Bartley Ranch Regional Park
Events requiring ticketing, special lighting and sound system will incur additional charges
Security may be required at an additional charge

Lazy 5 Hive (2.5 hour timeframe): $95/event
Cleaning/security deposit (Refundable): $165/event

Athletic Field Use Fee

$45/hour up to 8 hours, or $200/day
+$30 each player
$600 security/damage deposit (Refundable)

Photography Permit Fee

Class 1 Professional Photography Fee (1-25): $40/event
Class 2 Large Group (26-100): $135/event
Class 3 Commercial Productions (TV, ads, movies, documentaries): Negotiable depending on size and impact.
Class 4 Annual Permit (Applies to Class 1 only, expires one year after purchase date): $200/year

Special Activity Fee

Run, Charity Walk, Mountain Bike Race, or similar activities: $250/event, +$1.50/person over 100
Annual Permit for Outdoor Fitness/Bootcamp, classes, training or similar activities: $600/park each calendar year
Cleaning/Security Deposits (Refundable)
- Pavilions: $225/event, or $350 with 500+ attendees
- Buildings: $600/event

Miscellaneous Fees

Firewood (salvage): up to $135/cord
Commercial Rafting: $2/person per entry or exit
Administrative fee: $55
Easement Application Fee: $120
Park Printed Documents (Master Plans, Green Book, Implementation Plans, etc): Cost of printing rounded to the nearest dollar.
Non-sufficient Funds Transaction: $25
