Washoe County park hours vary with the season. Per Washoe County Code Chapter 95.060, unless otherwise posted parks and trailheads are open from sunrise to sunset. Anyone in a park or on a trail outside of normal operating hours without a special use permit (building reservation, field use permit, or other) is trespassing.
