Volunteer Position: Volunteer-led Peer Support

Position Overview

This role involves collaborating with community partners to coordinate and, when appropriate, facilitate peer support groups and community-based programs. These programs include, but are not limited to, CONNECTIONS Central for participants at the Senior Center. Volunteers in this role help foster meaningful connections, reduce isolation, and promote overall well-being among participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate peer support groups and community-based programs.
• Accept and apply constructive feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with staff and participants.
