Volunteer Position: Senior Friendly Visitor Caller

Position Overview

Many of our seniors are isolated and lonely. Friendly visitor calls help reduce isolation, depression, and anxiety for homebound seniors while providing an opportunity to check on their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Make weekly phone calls or check-ins with assigned clients.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy.
• Recognize when to provide or refer to additional resources.
