Master Plan Implementation
In 2023, Washoe County adopted Envision Washoe 2040 (EV2040), a master plan built through years of public outreach to guide the growth and development of the community for the next 20 years. Chapter 3 of Envision Washoe 2040 lays out a plan for implementation of the master plan. This page will serve as the hub for tracking master plan implementation. See updates below on past, current, and future implementation actions.
