About the Advisory Board
The Animal Services Advisory Board is made up of community leaders and subject-matter experts who provide guidance and recommendations to Washoe County Regional Animal Services. Board members represent a range of perspectives, including local government, animal welfare, and the broader community.
Some positions are appointed without term limits, while others serve fixed terms in accordance with Washoe County Code 55.035.
