Citizens Changing Communities

Citizens Changing Communities is a skill building program for community advisory boards. The program is designed to improve board effectiveness through training in time and meeting management, conflict management, problem solving, goal setting and action planning, and decision making techniques. The program was developed by University of Nevada Cooperative Extension in cooperation with Washoe County Department of Community Development. The program is also offered through scheduled hands-on workshops.
