Waitlists can occur due to space limitations and funding sources.  

If you are interested in Daybreak Adult Day Health Care services please feel free to tour our program during business hours; no appointment is necessary. Should you want to enroll your loved one in the Daybreak program, contact us at 775-328-2591, or e-mail us at daybreak@washoecounty.gov to schedule an intake interview.

The program is open Monday through Friday 7:30am-5:30pm; closed weekends and Washoe County holidays
