- Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation leads an interpretive hike of Rancho San Rafael. Meet at the white covered pavilion in the Wilbur D. May Museum parking lot. Hike is approximately 3/4-1 mile long.

- Main Ranch House tours

- "The History of the Main Ranch House at Rancho San Rafael". Join historian Alicia Barber, Ph.D., at the Main Ranch House for a presentation about the history of the house, which was designed by prominent Los Angeles architect Paul Revere Williams for the Herman family in 1936.

- Turf games: Pie eating contest, kite flying, sponge relay. Sign up at the Washoe County Parks table.
