Are you excited for Fall? We are too! That's why we're offering bonus Ranger Walks on Saturdays from October 15th through November 5th! The Fall Photo Hikes series is meant to provide amateur photographers and hiking enthusiasts alike with the opportunity to capture their own spectacular fall photography while learning about what make these areas unique. If this sounds like fun, then bring a jacket, a sturdy pair of hiking boots, a bottle of water, a snack, and of course your favorite camera (but pack light!). The hikes, which are easy to medium in difficulty, will cover 2-5 miles in 2-3 hours, depending on weather and difficulty.

This hike will cover approximately 5.0 miles, turning back at the Galena Waterfall, which is the mid-way point. Bring plenty of water! We'll meet at the Mt. Rose Summit Trailhead parking lot near the restrooms.
