Each year the Chronic Disease Prevention Program identifies local service-industry businesses that provide a smoke-free environment. Awards honor businesses that have gone above and beyond the requirements of the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act making the conscious decision to go smoke-free when the law does not require them to or service-industry businesses that provide a smoke-free environment for customers and employees like a bar or sports lounge that allows minors to enter.
