Fees are based on income and the number of people that live in your household. Staff will be asking for this information to see if you qualify for reduced cost care. Collecting fees helps to continue services. We ask that you pay some or all the cost of your care, but we will still see you if you cannot pay anything the day of your visit.
Health Services are discounted. However, if you have difficulties paying, let staff know. Fees may be waived for other reasons.
InsuranceWe do bill some insurance plans and most Nevada Medicaids. For a complete list please check HERE
Health services are voluntary and confidential. No information will be given to anyone without your written permission.
Your appointment starts at the front desk where staff will open an electronic medical record with your contact and insurance information (if insured). You will be asked to complete a medical history form. Next you will move to an exam room. Your blood pressure and weight will be taken. You may be requested to provide a urine sample for pregnancy or STD testing.
A Nurse Practitioner will see you to help you with your health needs, review your history, and may complete an exam. Supplies such as birth control pills or medications will be provided at your visit. After seeing the Nurse Practitioner, you will check out at the front desk, pay for your care, and schedule a follow up appointment, if needed.
